Payment of Fees on the 1st of each monthAll tuition fees will be paid on the 1st of each month. However, the alquran4life academy gives a period of 7 days (overdue). During that period, students can still continue classes until the 7th of each month.

Students are allowed to cancel the class and need to inform the admin (Mr. Shah Rahim 0137440121)/Ustaz/Ustazah) that is 24 hours before the class starts. Any class cancellation less than 24 hours is not allowed and full class fee is charged. If the student has canceled the class, the student will be given a replacement class and the replacement class must be completed in that month and cannot be carried over to the next month and beyond.

Students are allowed to change class slots and need to inform the admin (Mr. Shah Rahim 0137440121)/Ustaz/Ustazah). Converting a class to a new slot is dependent on an empty class slot.

Class changes need to be done within that month. Students need to inform the admin (Mr. Shah Rahim 0137440121)/Ustaz/Ustazah) for class replacement and we will provide the appropriate slot based on the vacancy of the ustazah/ustaz schedule. Students are not allowed to substitute classes for the next month. The Academy reserves the right to charge full class fees that are not replaced during the month. Classes that are not replaced during the month are considered void and cannot be claimed in ringgit (refund).

Students are allowed to withdraw from the Alquran4life academy program and need to inform the admin (Mr. Shah Rahim 0137440121)/Ustaz/Ustazah) that is 24 hours before class time starts. Any withdrawals of less than 24 hours are not allowed and full class fees apply.

Postponement of classes beyond 3 days of class is not allowed, the academy reserves the right to charge full fees for classes that are postponed.

Class postponement due to the above must be notified to the Quran admin immediately. (For women who come to the moon can follow the guidelines set by the mufti in following the online Qur’an class-https://muftiwp.gov.my/artikel/irsyad-fatwa/irsyad-fatwa-umum/2057-18)

If students are unable to continue their studies at the Academy due to factors accepted by the Academy. The Academy will provide a refund of class fees as follows:

A) Refund payment is through online banking. Students need to provide a bank account number to the academy.

Alquran4life Academy reserves the right to amend the above policy according to the current situation.
